Early Bird tickets are On Sale Now!

We’re working on the next round of hands-on activities, huge spectaculars, and talking to our amazing community of tinkerers, entrepreneurs, artisans, craft enthusiasts, scientists, engineers, cosplayers, tech lovers, artists, inventors, and SO MANY OTHERS! Balboa Park is getting ready and we couldn’t be more excited to bring makers and museums together again.

Maker Faire San Diego returns Saturday & Sunday, October 6-7, 2018, and is a hands-on visual festival celebrating the Maker movement. It’s for innovative, creative people who like to tinker and love to create, and also for those curious minds who want to see what new things are just around the corner, or happening in their own backyards! It’s a multi-museum event that showcases creativity and innovation in San Diego. To make the most of the event, we encourage you to “complete the circuit” and check out over 250 local and regional makers who will be displaying their creations at Balboa Park – mostly inside participating museums. Each circuit will hold a different array of makers and activities. Now’s the best time to save on tickets!

Early-bird adult prices start at just $16, children at $11. To purchase tickets, visit our ticket page.

Purchasing a weekend pass will allow you time to experience all of the museums participating in this event. Early-bird weekend passes start at just $23 for two full days of action-packed fun and education.  Early bird ticket pricing ends July 31st!
